New -2 Tier Fame Requirements
I (like many others) was expecting an across the board reduction of mob tier requirements for weapons and armor. As it turns out, the reduction did occur on the base TX items, while it actually increased the requirement for TX.3 . After the initial dismay, i realized this is actually a good thing.
Currently the best path to take progression wise is to rush to t4.3, as you are on a t6-7 equivalency while still being able to kill t4 monsters to achieve that gear power. Pushing the base tiers was an alternative but it required not only higher tier mobs, but higher tier mats as well. With the change, the obvious choice of rush to t4.3 and stay in the 4.3 line becomes less of the only option, and the base tiers start to open up as being more attractive.
I assume the change was on purpose and with this reason in mind. If so, well done, it was a needed balancing change.
I was looking forward to being able to farm lower tier mobs for my progression and that wasn't the case. However, i believe the change is good in the long run as it makes the x.3 weapons less of a must have due to the power and ability to farm lower tier mobs to progress.
As to the x.1, x.2 weapons being inferior to the x.3 i have to partially disagree. I prefer dagger pair over claws. I prefer warbow over longbow. I prefer holy staff (x.1) over both x.2 and x.3. You are right though that many of the x.3 choices (scythe, glacial, etc) do feel stronger even on equal power level (t4.3 vs t6.1 for example).

Albion Online Guide: Fake attacks from tents solution
Like I said this would suck because it prevents you from sieging a territory and beating them in the long game. Starving them of resources and Albion Online Silver but it would also cut the effectiveness of the exploit in half.Or atleast lock them for X time if they send 0 players.

Other weakly designed MMORPGs are almost impossible to happen in Albion
I tried albion online (not to its fullest) in the last beta release, and then I quit. Simply because I got bored from grinding and found that the game is somehow brain-dead.

Albion Online Destiny Board revamp
If a new player wants to be more useful, why not allow them to compensate for being new by purchasing T8 gear and jumping into the action? They still have to come up with the Albion silver to buy the gear, while being more likely to lose it, so it'll only boost the economy more.

Abion Online is a sandbox open world pvp
you can buy albion online gold, but still you need to play the game in order to use that gear, you can not simply buy T5 or T6 gear and use it

PVE without risk of PVP is incredibly boring
Hell - they could even go as far as having territories contained in pvp dungeons. That would make dungeons interesting.
