Does Albion Online Need More Solo Play Areas?

Albion Online is a game that seems to be dividing people's opinions as of late. Many of the people here in the AlbionMall.com office have had a lot of fun with the game but from many of you guys who come here looking to buy Albion Online Silver. We have heard you say that playing as a solo player is really, really hard.

Does Albion Online Need More Solo Play Areas?

Almost so hard that it is getting to the point where it is no fun! Going back to a black/red zone as a solo player will most likely see a large group of players gangs up on you, kill you and result in you getting very frustrated. Just getting from point A to B will see you have to navigate roaming gangs of players looking to do nothing more than just kill other players.

We get why a person who wants to just jump in and play on their own would find this very frustrating. But how can Sandbox Interactive combat this? Well, they could add a bunch of specific solo player areas to the game, a few areas that will let these people who like to play on their own still have fun and not feel like they are being ganged up. The last thing the developers want is for players to start saying their game is no fun to play!

Another way they could deal with this is to limit the amount of people that can be in a group. A solo player is always going to be on the wrong end of a butt kicking when dealing with a group of five or more players.

We would love to hear you guys thoughts on playing as a solo player in Albion Online. Do you find it frustrating? Do you find it fun? And do you think Sandbox Interactive need to do anything to improve this?
